Running each sampler

We run each of the four samplers with the same total budget and parallel mode (parallel walkers 4 for the ensemble methods, parallel hmc 4 for HMC, and parallel nest 4 for the nested sampler). All commands are issued from the same XSPEC session after the fit block above.
