relline, relline_lp, relline_lp_ext: relativistic accretion disk line emission with different geometries

Model for the relativistically-broadened emission line from an accretion disk around a black hole. The basic code is described in Dauser et al. (2010) and the extension to lamp post geometries in Dauser et al. (2013).

The parameters for relline are :

par4 | Rbr: break radius separating the inner and outer portions of the disk (gravitational radii) |

par8 | Rout: outer radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability |
