Convolution Model Components

Convolution components apply a convolution operator to an input model calculated from another model. They differ from multiplicative components, which only apply a bin-wise multiplicative factor, by allowing transformations of the model across energy bins.

- vashift: velocity shift an additive model
- vmshift: velocity shift a multiplicative model
